New York Stationery Show!

It is always a treat to travel to the big apple! I must admit that I have been looking for an "excuse" to attend market for myself for quite some time! I have been in the retail business for the past 13 years and have been to market for everyone else... now it was my turn!!! Sweet Bay Prints has been in business for a little over 2 years and we thought it was time to experience market first hand. I have been doing all my research online and meeting with company reps, but I needed more! As our business expands and grows, and our sales skyrocket, we need more hands on experience in the latest and greatest of the stationery world... and that is what we got! It was so thrilling to wake up in the city, walk down the street to the nearest deli, grab a cup of joe and be on our way! Sweet Bay Prints is located in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida... a small coastal community... so the thrill and energy of New York brings much excitement to this chick! We arrived at market with a plan... i have been listening to your requests and comments so I knew what I was looking for! We found 5 new lines that we will be carrying (i.e. the photo above of the Lobster Note Pad from Linda & Harriett) and working on an exclusive account with a letterpress company out of California... cross your fingers! I will be introducing our new lines one-by-one in the next week. Stay Tuned!
