Flower Magazine

It was a day full of events and surprises! After a morning filled with kids, I rushed off to meeting one with M.K. of Adorn Jewelry. We were working on adorable hang tags for her custom made jewelry... will show you more later... then around the corner to meeting two (I always switch locations between meeting because I like a constant change of scenery!). Meeting two was with M.C. of Flower Magazine. We sort-of met at a meeting last week, but did not get to chat. She called to set up a meeting to look over the latest select of Christmas Cards from Sweet Bay Prints (love a woman that gets things done early!) and to show me the new magazine Flower Magazine out of Birmingham, AL. Since I am a Birmingham native, I was more than interested in seeing the publication. As we talked our personal stories began to unfold, as does every southern woman's conversation, and we soon realized that we both attended The University of Mississippi (Hotty Toddy!!!) and were in the same sorority (Kappa Kappa Gamma)! Amazing! Two girls at the beach... miles away from the Mississippi mud we love so much... connecting on a whole different level! I enjoyed my time and was proud to hear about the publication she believes in so much. Flower Magazine is an upscale read of fine southern events and weddings, where stories are told and pictures define luxury and style. Flower Magazine will be available soon at Target and Publix in our local area. Thank M.C. for a great afternoon visit and I look forward to more "sister salutations" soon!
